My recent stay at Hotel Monastero dei Santi was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled atop Monte Mario, this beautifully restored 12th-century monastery offers breathtaking panoramic views of Rome, providing a serene and luxurious escape from the bustling city below.  From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism were evident. Their personalized recommendations and assistance added a special touch to my visit. The suite was a harmonious blend of historical charm and modern elegance. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it featured a private balcony that offered stunning views of the Eternal City. Waking up to such a vista was truly a highlight of my trip. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was an experience in itself. The culinary delights, paired with the mesmerizing cityscape, created unforgettable memories. The breakfast, served in-room upon request, was both abundant and delicious, featuring a variety of fresh and high-quality options. One of the standout features for me was the hotel’s peaceful ambiance. Despite being just a short drive from Rome’s main attractions, it felt like a tranquil retreat, allowing for relaxation and reflection after a day of exploration. In conclusion, Hotel Monastero dei Santi exceeded all my expectations. Its unique combination of historical significance, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Roman experience. A boutique hotel with 7-star service!!! The Photos do not do justice to the true beauty and magic of the place. Sleeping in an ancient palace almost 1000 years old with a wonderful and credible view of Rome is a unique experience. From my room I could see the Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna and the main beauties of the city. We have come to Rome many times but from most of the hotels in the city you can see the palace in front but here it is a whole other story. Inside the hotel there is a beautiful church with works of art over 2000 years old. We had lunch at the restaurant on the Rooftop and at my request for a special service to celebrate our anniversary the chef had the very kind staff set up a station for a show cooking all for us in front of our table while we enjoyed the view. Compliments to the architects who were able to do an elegant and refined renovation with particular attention to the bathrooms with incredible marble. The showers that have the Panoramic view are special!! Congratulations to all the staff

My stay at Monastero dei Santi, located on the outskirts of Rome, was a delightful experience. Perched on the hilltops, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the city that are truly unforgettable. The transformation of the old monastery into a hotel has been done beautifully, retaining its historic charm while providing modern comforts. The food was excellent, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The service was very good, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were met. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Monastero dei Santi is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close enough to explore Rome. Highly recommended!

This time around we wanted to be somewhere special and away from the chaos of downtown Rome. Monastero dei Santi was just that! Peaceful, beautiful views all over Rome, super modern and clean rooms, unparallel service, amazing breakfast on the balcony, close by taxi to wherever you want to go. We went to mess to the nearby Monastery and it was a very unique experience as well. A big thank to Joao, Dario and everyone else that made our experience special! We will definitely be back!

Staff and location. Upon arriving, we felt the room was way too small for 3. The Staff were very apologetic and worked to find a good solution. And they did! We stayed and enjoyed our stay very much. Very quaint. The pics are kinda misleading as to size or maybe it was more our rooms. Nonetheless, we would still recommend this place. Just the larger rooms.
